How can I make a GP appointment at Springfield Medical Centre

The easiest way to access us is to use our online form before 9am. This will go directly to a GP who will triage your request and arrange the most appropriate type of appointment. We encourage anyone who can use the internet to do so. This means that elderly and vulnerable patients can get through on our phone lines.

If you cannot access the internet you can call the surgery at any time by phone or attend in person to request an appointment. If our online forms are still open, our reception team will fill it out for you. If your need is not urgent and we have no more on the day appointments, we can offer you a pre-bookable appointment or an evening or weekend appointment using our extended access service.

If you do not want to wait for your appointment you have the option to access us between 8-9am the following day. If you require a home visit we request that you contact us by phone as soon as possible preferably before 10am If your need is urgent our reception team will pass your request to our on-call doctor if there is not a same day appointment readily available at that time.
