Suggestions & Complaints

Suggestions are always received with pleasure and certain consideration.

If you have any complaints then one of our supervisors will be available on reception (wherever possible) and will be more than happy to help. If you feel the matter has not been resolved, we would ask you to put your complaint in writing to Dr Whittaker or Mrs Lyndsay Rodway, who will process the matter through our in-house complaints procedure.
